Here is Jackson just giving some kisses on a Wednesday evening. Spreading the love. He is good at that.

Most of the time I go into stores without the intention of buying something. I swear fabulous things just make their way to me with great price tags on them screaming “BUY ME!” I accompanied Mich to TJMaxx on the way home from work today, she had to pick up a lil somethin’ somethin’ and what was I going to do? Sit in the car? Um, no. So I went in, and all these things just come flying at me. I didn’t buy EVERYTHING, but I did pick up this little number.
It will be perfect as a beach cover up when I am lying by the ocean in Atlantis in 3 weeks. And the flower candle holders were just so cute, so I had to get those too. Its not like I have a candle shortage in my room. I pretty much heart all things candle related. So for about $20.00 this is what you can get at TJMaxx these days. Not too shabby!
I haven’t been in much of a solid dinner mood these days when I get home. I have just been embracing the juicer. Made another killer apple/carrot juice today. I am a juice master! Then Mich came over for dinner and we made Annie’s Mac & Cheese with a side of salad and some vino. Jackson jumped up on the kitchen chair and dove into Mich’s salad before we sat down. Bad little boy! But she ate it anyway. Haha. I love it!
And I made two of these little numbers for Mich and I for brekky tomorrow. I have been raving about them, and I figured I should just shut up and the proof will be in the pudding! Or in this case, in the Breakfast Cookie! Super excited. My mouth is salivating just thinking about it. Defiantly something work waking up for!
After work I went out to run some errands, I had some serious shopping to do for the Blogger Valentine’s Day Gift Exchange. So excited to send out my present! I also picked up some books I am excited to open. The first one is pretty self explanatory because I heart chocolate. The Healing Power of Chocolate sounded very interesting to me because, lets face it, that’s an awesome concept. I will be sure to report back on how it is, plus it was in the bargin section, so it was a win-win!
The book claims to help you:
– “Determine if he’s truly “Mr. Right” – or hopelessly “altarphobic”
– Figure out why he’s afraid to get married – and how to calm those fears
– It event includes a relationship timetable that will tell you exactly when to take the next step – straight down the aisle”
I love the tag lines. “Get him to say, ‘Let’s Get Married.’ No Pressure. No Nagging. No Ultimatums. So you’ve found the love of your life. Good For You! But after dating the guy for months, even years, you’re starting to wonder: Why hasn’t he proposed? This is the book for you.” I have to say I am intrigued as to what it is going to say. After being in a relationship myself for 3+ years, (boyf, this is your shout out! Woop Woop!) I want to see what the husband and wife team have to say. HAHA! I just read the back of the book, and it says, ‘Shhh! Keep your pin-him-down plan a secret and download a faux cover to wrap around the book.’ Check that out here. I love it. I’ll report back on my findings!
