So I have been reading about these babies online for a while now, and figured I would give it a go. I love oatmeal and sometimes it is a rush to make it in the morning, so I was eager to see if this was a good time-saver, and it was! I put 1/2 cup of oats, 1 cup of milk and 1/4 cup wheatberries in a container and let it sit overnight. In the morning I added strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, raspberries and a lil peanut butter. It was a good time, and I like how the oats were very soft, but not soggy. Good Stuff!

I’m intrigued – I love oatmeal and NEVER have any time in the morning…one question though – did you heat this up? I think you could – did you try that or did you prefer to eat it cold? I’m thinking a couple of seconds in the microwave to warm it through might work well…
