I saw this recipe from Real Simple the other day, and I knew I had to make it. It was fabulous because I pretty much had all the things I needed for it in my fridge and pantry.Very easy to make and it didn’t take too much time. It was a great comfort food meets healthy food. I added broccoli even though the recipe didn’t call for it, to give it that extra little bit of veggies! It made so much food. I swear I will be eating this for a meal a day for the next week!
