Tonight boyf and I made Sizzling Hot & Spicy Meatballs, from a recipe I read about over at The Hungry Mouse. They were really good, easy to make, and didn’t require many ingredients! A win in my book! The recipe made a ton of meatballs, and they going to be great to freeze and heat up whenever!
I had mine plain and boyf put his on a potato roll with some Country Bob’s and he had himself a great little sandwich. The spicy little meatballs, a glass of wine, and some Lady Gaga blaring in the background and we have ourselves a romantical evening!
Wow those meatballs look so delicious!! I’ll have to bookmark this recipe because whenever I make meatballs they always seem to be dry and tasteless
