I didn’t take too many pictures of what I ate at Atlantis because there was just too much going on. I did manage to take some pictures of the highlights. We hit up Bobby Flay’s Mesa Grill on Friday with 8 other people. It was so good. I love the food there. Nice and spicy! I got the Cornmeal Crusted
Chile Relleno filled with Roasted Eggplant + Manchego Cheesewith Sweet Red Pepper Sauce + Balsamic Vinegar. Yum Yum!
We went to Carmine’s on Saturday night, just the two of us. A little romantical Italian dinner was in order. We saw the menu said family style, but we didn’t think it would be that much, and we were just going to split something anyway. The waitress said the meal served 3-4 but we didn’t think much of that. We got the pasta with sausage and red sauce and boy were they not kidding about the portion size. Plate was HUGE. It could have easily fed more like 6+ people. And just the two of us were sitting at this table with this massive plate of pasta. We dug into it and ate about half, but that was the best we could do.
Like Disney, we also brought with us a bunch of bars. It was a great mid-day snack at the beach! Luna Bars, Eating Right Bars, Cliff Bars, TLC Bars among other things hung out in the beautiful bowl in our room. I loved them all!
We also enjoyed much day drinking on the trip. Afternoons were filled with daiquiri’s and other rum filled drinks on the beach. Nights were a filled with the Bahama’s finest beers, The Sands & Kalik! Double Yum!
