eDiets sent me a whole day’s worth of meals to try today. I got a breakfast, lunch, dinner and a snack. I am a little apprehensive about trying something like this, because I really do like preparing my own food, knowing what goes in everything I am making, and loading up on the fruits and veggies, I am willing to give it a try and report back on the healthiness of the meals!
In my huge cooler box that was sent to me was:
Breakfast: Scrambled dill eggs & hash brown stick
Lunch: Turkey roast with savory sweet potatoes and mixed vegetables
Dinner: Meat lasagna and Malibu blended vegetables
Dessert: Nikki’s Cinnamon sugar cookie
I will try them out and let everyone know how they are and their nutritional facts! They sure will be nice when I am in need of a quick meal later this week!
