This has been a BAD week in terms of eating and exercising. There has been much cake and muffins and beer and not much working out. Other than walking all day for the Cherry Blossoms and a little bit of lax on Sunday, I haven’t done a whole lot.
I also am guilty of buying this:
Man down. I have SUCH a sweet tooth it’s really not funny. Boyf and I went through one of the starburst bags over the weekend. Its FaveReds , which = ALL of the awesome red/pink flavors! SCORE!
I have also been munching on these Choxie bars which I picked up at Target. Milk chocolate peanut butter pretzel truffle bar. All of my favorite things! Pretty good chocolate bar if you ask me.
So I have been munching on all this shit all week. And I feel like shit from eating shit so it’s a downward spiral. I also missed my green monster this morning b/c I stayed over at Mich’s, and the green monster is the best thing in my diet these days.
Tonight I did bring a tiny bit of sanity back into my eating habits:
A Pine-Go Juice~
I made a new creation, it was mango and pineapple. VERY good. I really liked it a lot. Maybe next time I would add strawberries, because I think they go well in pretty much anything, but it was really a good juice! I feel a little better after drinking it, I am just trying to say NO to the starbursts and twizzlers in my drawer!
