I have to wake up early for school 3 days a week so I have been trying to make more of an effort to get to bed earlier. I feel much more rested when I get a nice long nights sleep in! It’s much easier and more enjoyable to take on the day But then again, who doesn’t love sleep?!? Sleep Rules!
I have been on a major cereal kick lately. Its been my go to meal most mornings. Quick and easy peasy! This morning I tried out another cereal sent to me from Nature’s Path – Optimum Blueberry Cinnamon Cereal
This is “a fun combo of crunchy strands and flakes loaded with flax, soy and blueberries.” It is high in fiber, low fat, no trans fat and has lots of whole grain! The crunchy strands give the cereal a nice kick.
Also check out the awesome homemade jam that my boss brought me after was in Vermont for the weekend. I can’t wait to test out Wild Blueberry on toast! Should be yummy!
Any suggestions for how I can use this jam other than putting it on toast? I am open to any and all thoughts!
