You got to love a quick and easy meal on a Monday night! I picked up this awesome Vegetable Stir Fry bag at the store the other day, during another Buck A Bag promotion. $1.00 for the main part of my dinner! It doesn’t get any better than that.
I also added some Applegate Farms sausage to the stir fry mix to give it a little more protein. It was a winning combination!
Once everything was in the frying pan, I added some Gotta luv It Chipotle Lime Fusion marinade to give the stir fry a little kick.
I also added some of my own veggies from the fridge to the mix. A little snow pea action makes the mix even crunchier!
Fresh veggies + protein on a bed of rice is a perfect meal to start off my Monday!
What are your favorite ingredients to add to a stir fry?
I love me some veggies that give a little crunch in my stir fry! Snap peas, peppers and carrots, oh my! Just a few of my favorite veggies!
