After last night’s dinner, I knew I was hooked! The Brussels Sprouts changed my life. I knew I HAD to make them again SOON.
So I did. Tonight.
Tonight I just threw them in some olive oil and chopped up some garlic and let them brown away on the frying pan.
I paired the sprouts with a hugh-jass salad. I have been so proud of myself this week for eating a massive amount of greens!
I had some Brianna’s Poppyseed dressing with my ensalada. Yum! It was good, but a little on the sweeter side.
What’s your favorite salad dressing?
It was a very green meal!
Other than that nothing too exciting to report on the home front. I am just trying to get through the week. I am hoping for a big snow storm this weekend so I can just stay cooped up in the apartment and get some stuff done!

ive been bad, no greens in my meals lately. so bad.
i'm ashamed to admit – but my big plans for the weekend consist of taking my christmas decorations down. ahhh! i can't believe theyre still up. if i get snowed in, it'll force me to do it 🙂
