Since I started back up with my return to running, I have been craving carbs like a mo’fo! Since I started up training for the Disney and NYC Half Marathons I have been logging some decent miles so my appetite is in full force!

I started to start off my hump day with a banging breakfast! I made a recreation from this PB&J Banana Waffles meal posted on my new recipe page. I had 2 Kashi 7 Grain waffles with some grape jelly, peanut butter and some banana slices.
I love making a little breakfast sandwich! The peanut butter gets all gooey and melts, its so yummy!
All together with a spot of tea for a quick and easy mid-week breakfast. I really think that having a fabulous breakfast starts the day off on the right foot. If I start the day eating right, I have a better chance of eating right the whole day and feeling fabulous!
Breakfast really is the most important meal of the day!
