The people at New West Knifeworks sent me their Fusionwood Chopper to try out. The knife arrived in an in an embossed leather sheath, which is great for storing the knife in!

I didn’t really think it was possible to love a knife, but I LOVE this knife! It is amazing. It looks great, feels great, and cuts great!

The knife blade is 5.5 inches and it is made out of A-8 Japanese High-Carbon Stainless Tool Steel.

The handle for this knife comes in a variety of colors, which I think is pretty cool. I was sent the Flamenco version. I enjoy the pink, purple, blue and red color combinations.

I used it to slice up some veggies to go with dinner and it slices like a dream!
