Noodles, Noodles and More Noodles

I love a simple and delicious meal pretty much anytime. But I love them even MORE on Mondays!

Starting the week off with a fabulous dinner is always a smart move! This week I decided to make a feast. I was sent some coupons to try out Simply Asia meals, so I figured this was the perfect night to test them out!

I picked out the chili garlic option because I very much enjoy both chili and garlic, so I already knew I would like it!

The chili garlic noodles and sauce is made with Asian noodles with a mildly spicy sauce made from fresh garlic simmered with chilis, ginger and sesame oil.

To make the dish you pretty much combine all the ingredients below from the box into boiling water and stir away!

I added a whole bunch of vegetables to the noodle mix. I added cucumbers, peppers and onions to give the creation a little kick.

It was a very yummy meal.

What made it even more fun to eat was the fact that I got to try out my new Noodle Bowl for my OpenSky shop! straw 044

The bowls are handmade,  include two chopsticks and are microwave and dishwasher safe. It was really fun to eat out of!

Those bowls are amazing – too bad I don't like to use chopsticks, but my family does! I just bought one of those simply Asian Meals to try also. Can't wait!
