Juicing 101: The Video

Hi everyone! I have received lots of comments and emails and questions in general about my new juicer and how I juice so I wanted to take some time and put together a Juicing 101 Video Blog (vlog) showing you exactly what I do and how quick the process actually is!

From beginning to end it usually takes me less than 5 minutes to wash and prep the fruits and veggies, juice the produce, wash the juicer and pour my drink! It’s a pretty quick and easy process with little mess.

Here is a link to the juicer I have – the Breville Compact – Like I have mentioned before, it’s quick, easy to use, fast to clean and perfect for our apartment space because its not too big!
