I stay fit by eating healthier meals at home more often (instead of fast food for breakfast, lunch and dinner) and by spending as much quality time walking my precious pup. We don’t have a dog park (boo!!) but there are pet friendly parks and he just loves them!! I also frequent the gym to hit up the weights and cardio machines.

I stay fit by going to spin and muscles classes during the weekdays and by taking my two pups on long walks over the weekends. I also try to eat healthy and nutritious meals!

I’m training for my second half marathon – lots of outdoor running to stay fit! Also I focus on eating and cooking real food with real ingredients to stay healthy.
I get fit by taking lots of fitness classes, kickboxing, spinning, and weights classes are my favorites. Helps not only my physical health but my mental health as well!

Love your jumping photo! I try to exercise, walk or zumba, 5 days a week! I need to lay off of the sugar though to drop a few pounds! It’s hard!

i eat right (or try to make good decisions!) and work out 6 days a week. i try to get as much sleep as is possible witha 2 year old.
I stay fit by changing up my routine frequently. Sometimes I get in a long run kick, other times I’m all about the strength training. Right now I am into doing interval runs and super-sets. Gotta keep it interesting!
