What is your New Years Resolution for 2012?

Mine is to do 100 sit ups a day and complete Baron Baptiste’s 40 Days to Personal Revolution – which includes yoga everyday and a cleansing diet! This starts January 15th! Stay tuned!

    I’m planning on keeping track of my running mileage for the year and to move at least 30 mins everyday…this way I’m not lazy on my rest days 🙂 Good luck on those sit ups! Happy New Year!

    Loved the beach signs – very clever – were you at the beach this past weekend – I’m jealous? Good luck with your resolutions – I have ones of my own too – wish me luck with eating less SUGAR!!
