During my time on the 40 Days Program I came to realize that milk is something that does not serve my body. I was off milk, and most dairy, during the entire 40 days program. 50+ days or so after the cleanse, I introduced milk back into my diet and it was a major shock to my body. I came to realize that milk does not work for me, it was a sad realization, but something that truly made sense.
Since taking milk out of my diet, I have been on the hunt to find new and creative ways to keep my calcium intake up. I stumbled across these tasty chocolate calcium chews during my recent trip to TJs and was instantly excited.
