I just experienced some awesome new eats in Center City at Twenty Manning Grill.
Twenty Manning is a lovely little “restau-bar” in Rittenhouse Square.
Charles and I are currently on the hunt to expand our Philadelphia dining experience. We are guilty of going to our favorite places over and over again and it’s time to change things up a bit!
We started off our dining experience with some cocktails!
I enjoyed the Elderflower which consisted of Hendrick’s Gin, St. Germaine, topped with Cava Brut – Yum!
The decor at Twenty Manning had a modern, fun feel to it – comfy couches and pictures of adorable pups everywhere!
I wonder what I could do to get Jackson’s picture up on that wall!
Back to our eats! We started our meal by sharing the crab cakes.
These were supper yummy and came with apple slaw, micro greens and old bay tartar.
Charles decided to go with the waiters suggestion of the wild berkshire pork chop
It was seasoned with maple, honeyed-mission figs, melted gorgonzola and seared brussel sprouts (which I ate right off his plate!)
I went with the chop chop salad topped with salmon
The salad featured 4 lettuces, english cucumber, sweet white corn, green peas, gala apples, grape tomatoes (which I omitted) and a market herb-citrus toss.
It was very delicious!
Another awesome dinner at a new restaurant! Thanks Twenty Manning!
Where should we eat next?!
