Sunday Dinner: Baked Ziti

I am enjoying this Sunday Dinner curled up on the couch with my Jersey Boys.

It was nice to be able to have some time to relax tonight and make dinner, usually our weekends are crazy booked and we don’t have time to breathe, but this weekend we were able to chill out a bit.

For dinner tonight I made Baked Ziti, using this recipe from AllRecipies.com. I changed it up a bit adding beef and cutting back on the ricotta cheese. It was a very delicious meal, we enjoyed it with a side of cauliflower.

Do you have a favorite Baked Ziti recipe or a favorite casserole recipe? Please share!

My meal was also enjoyed with a glass of Merlot and a side of Game of Thrones.

The Season 2 Premier for Game of Thrones is on tonight – any other fans out there going to be watching?

Winter is Coming!

Ziti is one of my favorites – yours looks yummy! I load up on the Ricotta though, the creamier the better for me! What about your green salad side – spinach with mandarin oranges and sliced almonds with a nice vinegarette – next time.
