There really is no better way to spend your Sunday than with brunch & a bloody mary.
Today Charles & I joined our friends at Farmicia for some good food, good drinks & a good time.
Farmicia is one of my favorite spots to brunch in the city – I love the eats & drinks and there is a fantastic happy hour option on Saturday & Sundays for brunch which features half price drinks! WIN!
Seriously, what’s not to love about that?
Now I have two questions for you:
1- What’s your favorite spot for brunch – in Philly or anywhere!
2- Where is your favorite spot for the best bloody mary?
Both questions could be the same answer but I can’t wait to see what everyone thinks (and try them out for myself!)

The Waterworks restaurant does a lovely brunch and you can’t beat the setting. Perfect place for a proposal, too!
Hawthorne’s is such a great place for brunch! Amazing food and great beers! I just was there for the umpteenth time yesterday and it never disappoints.
I need to come to Philly for a brunch some day, then I’ll let you know!
I love farmacia for brunch! I think their brunch/lunch menu is actually better than their dinner selections, but it’s a close call!
I go to Sandy’s for brunch almost every weekend on 24th and locust. It’s a tiny mom and pop diner. The owners are really nice, and it’s a great place to go for cheap, regular, breakfast/diner food. It’s not like the trendy brunch places, but it’s a cozy little neighborhood restaurant perfect for a good omelet and toast without breaking the bank!
There are so many good brunch spots in Philly which is why I started a Brunch Meetup group! 🙂
A few of my favorites are Parc, and Green Eggs!
I don’t like Bloody Mary’s so I can’t help you with that!
