Today I had the pleasure of attending my BFF Michele’s Baby Shower. I feel like I was just at her wedding yesterday – time is flying by way too fast and now she is a few short weeks away from being a mom!
The shower was held at Nottoway Park Hunter House – I used to play at the park here as a kid!
I was excited to go to Michele’s shower to see my good friend who is 7 month pregnant.
I was also excited to wear my new dress! Thanks to Hope’s for my dress – the lovely ladies at Hope’s sent me this dress to enjoy & I was pumped to receive it just in time to wear this weekend! I love it!
OMG! Check out how great Michele looks! 7 months pregnant with twins – can you believe it?! She looks amazing and was seriously glowing!

Michelle got married this summer and will be celebrating her 6 months as a Mrs. next week!
Ok- back to the baby shower! Check out some of the table decor.
So a big highlight of the day was the gender reveal – no one except Michele & her husband, Eric knew the sex of the babies going into the day. When we first arrived, we had to guess what we thought the babies were going to be!
I put my money on a boy & a girl!

After making our guess it was time to eat. The event was catered so there were tons of food options.
We started out with a variety of appetizers, sandwiches & salads for lunch…
Followed by a hot chocolate bar & desserts.
Then it was time for a game!
And then it was time for the big reveal! Michele got custom yankee candle labels printed with the gender of the babies – she gave one to her mom and her mother in law so they would be the first to see.
Check it out – how adorable is this?
Side note – that’s their dog, Carl in the photo!
Michele & Eric are having twin boys! Woohoo! I couldn’t be more excited for them!
After the big reveal there were lots of hugs to celebrate the soon to be arrival of two baby boys. It was a great way to end the party and I was so excited to be there to share in the big announcement of Michele & Eric’s babies!
After the festivities had come to an end it was time to say goodbye – but not before one last treat!
We were sent home with mason jars full of little sweets to toast the twins. I enjoyed the specific candy within the jars, specifically the Double Bubble gum & Cry Baby’s
Congrats to Michele & Eric again – I can’t wait to meet your twin boys!
