Hello & Happy Tuesday!

Today I wanted to do something a little different. I want to share with you something I wore.

This weekend I wore a fun (to me!) outfit to Les Miserables  that I wanted to share with you.

Sharing my outfits (or my “look”) is not something I have done in the past, but it really is something I would love to do more of. I really love clothes & put a lot of thoughts into putting outfits together…I’m embarrassed to say that I spend a LOT of time in our closet, but I really love it!

I also am happy to say, that I really enjoy finding good deals. I tend not to buy something unless it’s on sale & I love to spread the love of saving some $$!

Here we go – What I Wore:

First up is an Ann Taylor Loft denim jacket with ruffle detail  – this jacket is a few years old but I really love the shape, here is something similar.I wore the jacket over the Express Portofino shirt in Black. I love this shirt – it has a great length, is loose & flowing while at the same time having a great fit. Whenever there is a sale at Express, I get one of these in a new color scored this bad boy during the Black Friday 50% off sale! The shirts are seriously so comfortable, I can’t say enough good things about them, I think I have 4  different colors currently in my closet!

I paired the top with with the Kate Spade Broome Street skinny jeans in hot pink. These pants are so comfy and I love how they feel on. I scored these bad boys at the outlet for a super sweet deal. The pants run very true to size so if you were on the fence about getting some Kate Spade denim – take the plunge, if the price is right!

The Banana Republic Breanna pointed toe flat is one of my new favorite shoes. I love the metallic bow detail and they are beyond comfortable! I am obsessed with all things BR shoes – most of them are built with memory foam inside & literally you can just throw them on & go – no breaking in and no blisters! I also really love the fact that I got these shoes at 70% off! There is a teeny tiny little dot on the left toe, it was the last pair in the store & the manager gave me an extra discount! Score!

For jewelry I wore my new favorite earrings – the Alex & Ani Spike of Confidence earrings. Love these earrings, love this brand – can’t say enough good things about it! I am starting to grow a collection of the Alex & Ani bracelets, but more on that later!

The earrings were also paired with my Southwester Lariat Necklace from The Oxford Trunk combined with my Medium Monogram Necklace from BaubleBar.

I normally don’t wear too much make-up but I love this Revlon Just Bitten Kissable balm stain in Sweetheart – Thanks to my sister Kate for the awesome suggestion! I want one in every color!

photo credit – thanks to Charles for the pictures! 🙂
