cashew milk recipe

cashew milk recipe

Today’s post will share the last of my cleanse juice recipes. My cleanse starts tomorrow morning – I went shopping this weekend for all the ingredients for 3 days worth of juices. I will be sharing the cost of the entire cleanse this week, since my goal was to be cheaper than the Catalyst or Blueprint cleanses.

But today is about the final juice, the dessert juice – the Cashew Milk recipe.

Here are the ingredients for the milk –

  • 4 oz. raw cashews
  • 1 tbsp agave
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 16 oz water

This juice milk recipe is the first one that doesn’t call for an actual juicer.

I used my Vitamix.

Again, another very simple recipe – just add everything into the blender and blend until smooth & creamy.

I added a few ice cubes to my drink after I had poured it, but next time I might add it into the blender to give it a little extra chill.

This juice is so different from all the others…obviously, because there is no fruits or veggies in it! But it seriously tastes like dessert. A hint of a vanilla milkshake, if you will. Tastes like a dream, I know I will look forward to this juice every day!

My cleanse starts tomorrow! Feel free to join in on the #andherlittlecleansetoo fun! I couldn’t be more excited & I really think that testing out the juices before hand has me better prepared for what to expect!

I don’t have a Vitamix, and my blender isn’t always the most powerful. Can you make this drink using a juicer? Should i use a food processor? Or should I try my blender?
