Spring Break

HeyO! My BFF Michelle came up for the weekend to play so we have been spending the past 2 days having lots of fun {and even more laughs} together. She got up here on Saturday morning after I ran the Phillies 5K  and we headed into Center City to explore the beautiful day and get some lunch at Reading Terminal Market.  We walked around there for a while and decided to have lunch at Molly Malloy’s – we caught up on what’s going on in each others lives and our NCAA brackets.

After lunch we headed out for a little retail therapy and then met up with Charles, Spicer & Aileen for drinks at McGillian’s Old Ale House before dinner.

For dinner we went to RAW Sushi & Sake Lounge – since Aileen & I had gone there before we saw Les Miserables together in January, we knew it was a good spot.

drinks

We enjoyed some great drinks & a massive plate of fantastic sushi. We shared about 9 rolls and some appetizers for our table so everyone could have a little bit of everything. So tasty & delicious.

After dinner we headed over to meet up with 2 of Charles’ cousins  – it was a fun night out with lots of friends.

Yesterday Michelle & I spent some time checking out a new workout place for the blog – I will be sharing that post with you later this week, stay tuned! We had a blast but came home ready to relax, enjoy some Downton Abby and some Trio Thai take-out.

lil snow

Michelle is staying with us until Tuesday, since it’s currently Spring Break for her down in Virginia – we woke up to a little snow here in Philadelphia today but we plan to enjoy the city and the falling snowflakes in the city!

Can you believe it’s seriously Spring?!
