I feel like the first week of the new year is all about looking back, reflecting on the past year and making plans to make 2014 the best year yet. In continuing with my “Best of 2013” I wanted to share with you my favorite ways I got my sweat on in 2013. Since so many New Years resolutions are all about getting healthy, I hope that some of these workouts will inspire you to try something new – It’s ALWAYS a great idea to change things up and jumpstart your workout routine!
Here are some of my favorite workouts of 2013 – I can’t wait to see what new ways to sweat 2014 will bring!

I ran the Phillies 5k for the first time ever.
Had my first Indoor Trampoline Park Experience
In 2013 I fell in love with spinning & checked out some {awesome} spin classes.
FYI – Most spin studios offer your first class free! Take advantage!
Ran the Broad Street 10 Miler and set a new PR!
I took part in a tribute run for the Boston Marathon runners in Philly.
I completed the 5K Run for Clean Air Race
I completed a fun, blogger Running Survey
I also completed my first Race for the Cure 5K Walk in Philadelphia
I shared my Favorite Ways to Burn Calories

I have plan to workout by walking everyday to make myself sweating, beside i have plan start to prepare my labor for February 2014. Thank you for sharing your workouts, they are fantastic, you are so energetic. Cheers
