Stitch Fix #10 {Review}

Happy Monday!

It’s time for another Stitch Fix! I can’t believe this is my 10th Fix! Time sure flies when you are having lots of fun trying on fun clothes to share on the blog! For this Fix I requested fun, summer, statement pieces and I think my stylist did a good job in her selections. I am still asking for looser fitting pieces {since I am still nursing} and I really enjoyed the variety in pieces I got to try on with this Fix.

Check out what I got & let me know what you think!

Daniel Rainn Daria Scarf Print Cross-Front Blouse in White {$74}

Daniel Rainn Daria Scarf Print Cross Front Blouse - White

This was the first piece I was drawn to when I first opened up my Fix this month. I love the blue, green & white coloring and I think the pattern is so fun, especially that it’s mixed with the crochet detail on the top. I also think the style and fit of the shirt is flattering – it’s not too loose and has a bit of structure but it gives you room to move where I like it. I think it’s a fun shirt and definitely different than anything else I have – what do you think? Is the pattern too much?

Papermoon Remmie Multi-Color Chevron Print Maxi Skirt in Turquoise {$58}

Papermoon Remmie Multi-Color Chevron Print Maxi Skirt in Turquoise

I love me some maxi skirts, so I was excited to try this one on. I love the chevron print and it’s so amazingly comfortable but I’m not sure about the actual coloring – it’s a little more muted than I would like. I also kept the maxi skirt from my last fix as well as the maxi skirt from my favorite Fix {where I kept all 5 items!}, but I do think it’s cute on. Not sure about this one.

Urban Expression Booker Fold Over Crossbody Bag in Team Green {$64}

Urban Expressions Booker Fold Over Crossbody Bag - Teal Green

This is something I totally don’t need but I really love – the cross body bag! I’ve seen this on a few other bloggers & requested it for my fix this time. I love the cross body option because it’s easy for me to wear while holding Brooks – it’s also a really great size & can fit a ton of stuff! I also am obsessed with the teal color – it goes with so much more than you think!

Pomelo Priya Arrow Print Knit-Back Tank in Red {$54}

This tank is really fun – I love the red & black arrow detail. It’s also SO light, it’s like you aren’t wearing anything at all, perfect for these hot summer days. I’m just not sure it does anything for me in terms of the fit. I don’t think it gives me much shape at all and is sort of just there. I think it makes me look a little top heavy but maybe a long, delicate necklace would help? I’m not sure about this one either, but how cute is the style card showing it with red shorts?

Level 99 Cindie Linen Short in Dark Grey {$78}

Level 99 Cindie Linen Short

Oh man, these shorts are so comfortable! I totally didn’t think they would fit me when I pulled them out of the box, but then I tried them on and they are the perfect size! I was so surprised since the last few pair of bottoms I’ve been sent haven’t been fitting right. I think these shorts are a nice length and give a good amount of coverage {for this mama on the move!} and they are just a classic piece. They would be perfect as a dressier pair of shorts for a date night, they are just a little more than I would like to spend on shorts and the linen material makes they pretty prone to wrinkles. I’m very torn about these because they fit so nicely.

    Everything but the first shirt

    Keep the shorts and purse for sure! The skirt is OK but I agree with you re: the colors. The shirts do not do your body justice although they are fun prints. Thanks for sharing!

    I think you should keep the first shirt.

    They all are cute but the minute I saw that bag it was all over! Love the team color & the cross body style!

    Love #1, 3 and 5. Not loving the maxi skirt pattern on you and the red/black top is not a flattering length.

    Definitely the shorts and first shirt! A cross-body bag will huge when Brooks starts walking and you’re chasing him instead of pushing him in the stroller-especially if that bag fits a diaper and small pack of wipes. Just a thought.

    I got that skirt in my first fix this month and love love love it. You could easily pair it with a purple tank to pop some color. It’s so stinking soft and comfortable and great for mamas who need to move and bend a lot (coming from a mama of 2 under 2). I don’t think the pics do it justice. Good colors for fall too 😉

    I like the first shirt on you. I gives you shape and seems good for easy nursing. The other shirt I thought slimmed you too and you looked great in! But I could see it being difficult to nurse in. And there’s nothing better than shorts that fit well.

    #1– ditch the purse and shorts as you can get something similar at TJ Maxx for half the price.
