A Few of my Favorite {Running} Things Giveaway #ShareGoodness

Today’s giveaway is a good one!

It features a few of my favorite {running} things that ever runner needs in their life!

A little bit about how this giveaway came to be ->  Zoës Kitchen, a fast casual restaurant concept serving a distinct menu of Mediterranean-inspired dishes, is running a Summer of Goodness program. This campaign aims to inspire people to do good and then share their good deeds through #sharegoodness. Zoës Kitchen hopes to inspire other to live a balanced lifestyle by staying positive, being active, and eating healthy, high quality foods that make you feel good from the inside out.

And now they want to share some of that goodness with one lucky And Her Little Dog Too reader by giving away a Running Prize Pack filled with a few of my favorite things.

Here’s a list of a few things I hand picked for the running prize & why I love it – 



1- Having a bright yellow racing hat has always sort of been my thing – it helps me stand out a bit in the crowd & my family knows to watch for it! I love this one from Headsweats because it keeps the sweat out of your face & the hat is super breathable to keep you cool!

2 – Compression sleeves have always been a must have for me because I am prone to shin splints. These bad boys are great for when you are running but also for after your long runs too. I have also worn them for warmth on super cold days as well!

3- Body Glide has been a lifesaver for me when it comes to preventing chafing. I put this stuff EVERYWHERE.

4- This New Balance Long Sleeve is one of my favorites – It’s perfect for running in the fall and it has a fun opening in the back to keep you cool. Shirts with open back detail are my favorite – for running or otherwise, plus I love the color as well!

5- This book is necessary for any runner because it focuses on how to get started, stay motivated, lose weight, run injury-free, be safe, and train for any distance – information any runner would need!

6- Having a foam roller in my life has been very important to keep my muscles in check after long runs. I use this thing all the time all over my body – love it!

7- Every runner needs a running belt – perfect for keeping you hands free & providing a place to keep your phone, keys, ID, pretty much anything. It stretches out & holds a good amount of stuff but stays close to your body when you are running.

    I could always use some tips on staying motivated. I’m a short distance runner (sometimes, that’s all I have time for, with a 6 month old) but am keen on increasing the distance a bit. The compression sleeves are probably exactly what I need!

    I share goodness by baking homemade bread for my neighbors! They seem to like it and it’s a great way to meet new people in town. Plus… I love carbs, especially while training!

    I share goodness by being friendly and encouraging. I am trying to get to know my neighbors so I have been stopping to chat with them recently on walks through the neighborhood.
