So yesterday I gave you a sneak peek into some of my Black Friday Favorites {a day early!} and today I wanted to do the same to give you a heads up about some of my favorite Small Business Favorites – for Small Business Saturday!
More and more I am leaning towards shopping small whenever possible. I love the quality, how the products are different than you can find in any other store and the fact that you are supporting local families. Love, love, love!
Here are a few of my favorites that I really love – check them out, let me know what you think & feel free to share your favorite small businesses too!

1- Super obsessed with these Freshly Picked moccasins – I picked them on on their Black Tuesday Sale marked down a bit in the next size. Brooks has been wearing his previous ones {check out my review!} for the past 6 months or so, they still fit but I wanted to get the next size for the Winter/Spring. I picked up the Swimming with the Sharks color. Can’t wait to get them!
2- How cute is this christmas tree shirt? It comes in adult / kid & baby sizes – I sort of want want for the whole family. Can anyone say, holiday photo?
3- I’m in love with my Erin Condren Life Planner – I plan on ordering my 2015 version soon. I’ve had one the past 2 years and I love the layout and how it is easy access for everything for me blog related. It’s awesome.
4- I purchased this necklace from Oia Jules {now Elizabeth Stone} year or two ago and I absolutely love it. It’s a great statement piece made of really good quality turquoise agate – it comes in a variety of other stone options now, but there are TONS of beautiful jewelry pieces to choose form. Such a great shop!
5- Totally obsessed with these kleynimals – they are non-toxic, dishwasher safe & green. Brooks is always grabbing my keys & these mimic real keys, without being totally gross. I also got them engraved with Brooks on the back. We never leave home without them!
6- These Nickel & Suede earrings have been on my wish list for a while now. I recently ordered a pair {or three!} the other day – I can’t wait to get them in the mail, but I love they look & I love supporting other mama bloggers!
7- I picked up this wooden elephant rattle/teether {in a darker wood} a while ago for Brooks – I got it personalized and I really love it! It’s great material, size and I like supporting this small business! I have my eye on the Wooden Elephant Push toy as well!
8- Big! Huge Fan of Better Life Bags – aside from all the different styles, fabrics and customization options, BLB hires women from their local community who otherwise could not get a job. So by supporting the brand, you are helping women and their families. Love the mission statement behind Better Life Bags – check them {and their cute bags!}out!
9- Totally adding this Fotostrap to my Christmas list – I’ve had my eye on it for a while now, I love the look and the fun color options. Looks like great quality too!

It’s always great to support small businesses! I do!
I am all for supporting small businesses, I just don’t do it. We are being extra frugal this year with a new baby and me staying home with him for a bit and unfortunately, most small businesses just don’t compare to the sales at the big chains. I love that Christmas tree shirt you posted. It’s $28. I was just on the Kohls website where I got a similar style shirt for $8 with all their awesome sales. Maybe next year……
