BackJoy Giveaway

Only 2 more sleeps until {Brooks‘ First!} Christmas!

In honor of Christmas week I decided to have a giveaway today and a fun little holiday post to share with you tomorrow – stay tuned for that!  Today I wanted to spread the love about the the Give Back, Spread Joy holiday campaign with BackJoy.

I’ve worked with BackJoy a few months ago and it’s been fun to try out and share some amazing, new wellness products on the blog but this time I get to help spread the goodwill of the holiday season. As a part of this campaign BackJoy will be donate, in the And Her Little Dog Too name, $100 worth of  pain-relief products to chronic pain and rehabilitation centers (such as the Wounded Warrior Project and the UC Denver Veteran’s Affairs Medical Center). That means up to $5,000 in product donation will be made in conjunction with the Give Back, Spread Joy campaign this holiday season!

As a participating blogger in the Give Back, Spread Joy campaign, BackJoy—a company on a mission to naturally fix the way the world sits, stands, moves and sleeps— I got to try  out their new PostureWear Shirt. It’s the perfect time for me to be using something like this because carrying Brooks all the time, something I love to do, has been giving me some back pain. Little man is heavy!

This shirt was designed to enhance posture, comfort and pain relief –  BackJoy’s PostureWear Elite Comfort Fit Shirt is a research-based garment that uses the science of movement to relieve the pressures and strains caused by poor posture. PostureWear’s unique Active Stabilization™ system pulls the shoulders back, correctly aligns the spine and promotes optimal posture while allowing complete range of motion for maximum efficiency and performance. The shirt’s ergonomic fit is flexible and comfortable enough to wear during both high and low intensity sports. It features a seamless construction for a comfortable fit, and performance fabric that wicks away moisture.

This shirt is really cool because it’s sort of like spanx in a top – it completely sucks everything in and forces you {in a nice way!} to stand up straight! It’s really cool and surprisingly comfortable. I’ve worn it to work out but also under a sweater on days when Brooks wants to be held a lot! It feels really good!

Up for grabs today is a little BackJoy prize pack including a  Sit Smart Posture Plus {which I use all the time} & Stress-combatting Roller Balls {which are perfect with a sore back muscle & feel good to roll around on in general!}

It’s a nice way to start the New Year off on the right note with taking care of your back!

    My posture is terrible most of the time, so these items would be very helpful. I spend a lot of time hunched over my desk at work or when I work on school work for grad school. Some relief would be great!
