Must Have’s For Traveling with a One Year Old

“I participated in a Blog Blast Activation on behalf of Influence Central for Urbini. I received a promotional item to thank me for my participation.”

Ok, so tomorrow Charles & I leave for 10 days away! We are headed down to South America for his brother’s wedding in Chile! We visited Chile in 2013 & had a great time. This trip we will be there for all the wedding festivities. It will be so fun to see a wedding in another language, in another country. The last wedding we went to like this was in China – and it was all sorts of awesome! I have some posts scheduled while we are gone but will be checking in with updates from our trip as well, so stay tuned!

In the meantime, I am looking for book suggestions for the trip – since this will be my first long trip baby-free {little man is staying at our house with my parents!} I’m sad to be away from him for so long & be so far away at the same time, but I think it will be good to get away.

So -> Anyone have any awesome books you’ve been reading lately? Please share! I want to get caught up on reading this trip!

Since I am currently in the process of packing all the things for OUR upcoming trip, we leave tomorrow {ah!} I thought it would be fun to share with you our must have’s for traveling with a one year old from our recent trip down to Naples, Florida!

And for my other Baby Travel post, check out my Must Have’s for:  Traveling with an Infant / Baby Beach & Pool Essentials / Traveling with a Baby

For this trip, we were lucky enough to be able to send our carseat & pack n’ play down with my in-laws when they drove, so it was much easier, but obviously those are essentials too. Side Note: for #9, my in-laws picked it up while we were down there, but it was necessary for a pre-walker! Here’s what else we brought & loved for this trip ->

To showcase this line, Urbini created the Urbini Dream Nursery Instagram Contest where one lucky winner will have the designer of the new Urbini nursery furniture, Rachel Dacks, come to their home to provide them an Urbini Dream Nursery, including Urbinifurniture and décor.

The Urbini Dream Nursery is on the hunt for new moms looking to convert a room into a first time nursery or for a mom having another child where the nursery needs a bit of updating. Or if you aren’tt on the baby train just yet, you can still take part in promoting the contest for chances to win daily $50 Walmart Gift Cards.

Your list looks complete, the only suggestion I may make is a having a good attitude and to be patient when traveling with a one year old or older!
