Virtual Coffee Date

I thought it would be fun to catch up today with a little virtual coffee date! So grab a cup and let’s chat!

If we were having coffee this morning, I would tell you that we had a crazy, jam-packed, fun-filled, non-stop weekend. But I barely remember any of it because it was such a blur. Anyone else feel like the days are speeding by? I guess it’s not the worst thing if it gets us a little closer to spring!

***Yes, I’m sitting on our kitchen floor in this photo, but our floors are heated and it feels good!***

If we were having coffee this morning, I would tell you that I’m going to a Paint Nite this week {wine + painting a pretty picture – i’m in!}

If we were having coffee this morning, I would tell you I’m also going to the Philadelphia Flower Show this week and I’m pretty pumped about it! Can’t wait to see what they’ve done this year!

If we were having coffee this morning, I would tell you that we book a trip this weekend! Charles and I are heading out for a solo trip next month and I’M SO EXCITED! Time to get swimsuit ready!

If we were having coffee this morning, I would tell you that life with two little boys at this young age, is crazy. I’m having a bit of a hard time keeping Brooks entertained + able to get the energy out, but also keeping Graham happy and in his schedule that he needs {that I need for him too!}

If we were having coffee this morning, I would tell you that i’m pretty much exhausted. I’ve been blessed with good sleepers – Brooks and Graham are {knock on wood} pretty great little snoozers for the most part, BUT we’ve had a bit of a rough patch the past week or so with Graham. And it’s catching up with me!

Graham has been going through a bit of a rough sleeping patch and we are just trying to figure it out. Not sure if it’s naps or what – but i’m on a mission to fix it – fast! With two little boys, it’s sort of a crazy balancing act between setting a schedule {that they need} and just going with the flow {they need that too!} Somedays, most days, once you get the littles in a good place, they tell you when they are tired and have a good night’s rest.

If we were having coffee this morning, I would tell you that, as a mom, coffee is life. Every morning, even when I’m exhausted, I try to sneak down  for a little “me time” before the day begins! I can usually squeeze in a few minutes before the whole house is up, it’s nice to have a little quiet before the crazy! I like to settle in for a minute or two, grab a blanket, my day planner, some slippers and cozy up, sip and relax!

I was excited when I had the chance to add some new coffee to my mix – the Cafe Bustle, International Delight Irish Creme Cafe + some Truvia Natural Sweetener – it’s nice to switch things up a bit! And with St. Patrick’s Day around the corner, I figured the Irish Creme would be festive! Ha!
