Strawberry Peanut Butter Overnight Oats in a Jar

I haven’t done Overnight Oats in a Jar in FOREVER and when these Justin’s Peanut Butter beauties showed up on my door the other day AND in the spirit of getting back to my clean eating routine – I was excited to bring back one of my favorites.

I feel like peanut butter pretty much goes on every single thing – and my favorite is the hazelnut mix, which I could just eat straight up all day. It’s SO GOOD.

But in the spirit of the season of going back to school, I’ve decided to go back to the basics. Old School Overnight Oats in a Jar – with a little update with my favorite new chocolate hazelnut peanut butter. Yum! Not to mention the peanut butter gives the oats a fantastic protein boost, that we all need every morning.

Here’s how it all goes down, its so simple and takes just a few minutes to throw everything in the jar-

  1. Add in 1/2 cup  unsweetened plain almond milk  {or your dairy preference}
  2. 2 Tbsp Justin’s Chocolate Hazelnut Butter Blend
  3. 1/2 cup oats
  4. Leave overnight in fridge and wake up to an easy breakfast in the morning.

A few of my favorite toppings include:
Sliced banana, strawberries or raspberries, flaxseed meal, chia seed, granola or any nuts for an extra crunch!

I prefer to enjoy mine in a mason jar. It’s easy to store overnight in the fridge, the lid keeps it fresh and then you have the option to grab and go in the morning to easily take your breakfast with you wherever. It’s a win, win, win all around.
