Today I’m here to share some love for a new, not so little piece of art that has made it’s way into my new office!

Remember when I shared my new office with you, and I was telling you how it wasn’t done because I needed to get a few more pieces to make it complete? Well, I swear – just by putting that out into the universe that day I got an email from Jennifer Beck, the artist behind Modern Map Art, to see if I wanted to check out her version of all the winding streets of Philadelphia.

Isn’t it amazing when the universe works like that?

And as soon as I saw the print options, I knew it would be perfect in my new space.

The Philadelphia version comes in five different color versions {and you can get it in a variety of sizes}, it was a tough decision for sure! But in the end, I decided to go with the green and silver/white. I think it goes with my soft color scheme for my office. And I was able to find the most perfect spot for it!

It was hard to get a good shot of the actual coloring in this room with the light from the windows so close, but the drapes have a colored piece of fabric in them that almost exactly matches the green, and it pulls from the couch and the pillows too. Breaks up the white and grey a bit which I enjoy, and represent “Brooksadelphia” as Brooks likes to call it!

There are tons of other city print options – including, city, country, ski maps {which are really cool!} and watercolor skyline prints – so be sure to check Modern Map Art out – would make an awesome gift for pretty much anyone!

My office has become an amazing space for me to sneak away and work on my Stella & Dot, LipSense and Blog ‘side-gigs’ but it’s also turned into a warm, bright space to hang out with my boys. Brooks hangs out in there with me while Graham naps, the boys love to read on the couch together and it’s turned into another fun room of to laugh and play!

It’s been fun to be able to grow this room into a space that everyone really enjoys, not to mention one that I can close to door and be alone in when I need it! And I’m enjoying this little corner off my office space thanks to my new Philly Print! Defiantly brings the room together in a warm and colorful way!

And for your viewing pleasure, here are some funny outtakes from when I was trying to get a cute photo of me and the boys.

At least they turned out silly and cute – right?
