How To Wear: Wedge Sneakers

Wedge Sneakers?! Yeah, I wasn’t into them at first either, BUT I had seen enough pictures of people wearing them and looking totally adorable that I decided it was worth giving them a try, IF I found the right ones.

I have literally been on the HUNT for the perfect wedge sneakers Forever. Nothing crazy, just casually searching online every now and then – and this week, I totally found them, Obviously while enjoying a stroll in my favorite store -> Target.

When I first saw wedge sneakers making their way into the fashion world, I was like – NO WAY, not for me! BUT I’ve been enjoying a little height in my shoes recently, I think they can put a look over the top with a touch of a heel. And while most heels can’t be comfortable for wearing all day long, or walking around the city all day with the littles – these totally are!

I also think these wedge sneakers look really cute with some fun, printed lularoe leggings! I paired the leggings and the wedges with a drapey {is that a word?} top for a little extra coverage along the backside – ha! All brought together with my denim jacket, because it’s my favorite go-to piece, some funky earrings {the Pave Triangle Ear Jackets are a 6-in-1 beauty!} and my favorite shades.

Oh, and a #mombun

And some LipSense. Duh.

Now, we just need to replace the snow we are getting today in Philly with more 65* February days like we had yesterday and we will be good to go!

I can’t wait to pair these wedge sneakers with some cute dresses and skirts when it warms up again, which hopefully will be soon!

Oh – and some really cute distressed jeans too! Be on the lookout!

I love wedge sneakers! Had a black pair similar to your’s, but wore them out. Now I have an awesome pair of coral Nikes!
