Friday Favorites: Terror Behind the Walls at Eastern State Penitentiary, Conshochoken Brewing Company + More

Hello and Happy Friday!

We made it through another week! This was a jam packed one for us, I can’t wait to share it with you!

First off, I’m excited to say that I’m 100% in the Halloween spirit after my visit to Terror Behind the Walls at Eastern State Penitentiary last night. I live in the neighborhood and they give all the neighbors free tickets every year, which is awesome – I think this is my 7th year in attendance!

For those that aren’t familiar it’s a haunted house inside a real 189 year old prison. So it’s immediately got the spooky vibe built in.

They put on an amazing show and it’s a lot of fun. My neighbor and I went together as a little girls night. Can’t say enough good things about it, if you are looking for some Halloween fun!

Pro Tip: Be sure to opt in for the interactive experience – you get grabbed, held back, sent into hidden passageways, and even temporarily removed from your group. It makes the experience SO MUCH FUN!

Before Terror Behind the Walls, we had dinner at my FAVORITE sushi spot in Philadelphia – a BYO in Fairmount, UMAI UMAI – If you love sushi in the city, check this place out. It’s the BEST.

Side Note: If you think 5 sushi rolls is too much for two ladies, you are WRONG.

My favorite Amazon Fashion Find of the week is something worth sharing too – This button down roll up sleeve top is one of my favorite new things! I love that it’s a classic piece I can wear anywhere and everywhere but my favorite detail is those gorgeous buttons.

BONUS: Use code ”herlittledogtoo15” for $15 off ANY MVMT purchase if you pick up any sunglasses or watches! I also have this watch and it’s BEAUTIFUL.

Another great find of the week – Conshohocken Brewing Company. I lived in Conshohocken after college for a few years and I wish this was around back then. We stopped here for a flight on our way home the other day and it was awesome. Great little space and I was totally impressed with the beers.

The kids also had a great time because they had games – Brooks’ new favorite thing is UNO. If you have a 4 year old, do yourself a favorite and grab a pack of UNO cards – great game with colors and numbers.

Highly recommend.

Also its just nice to have in your pocket to play at restaurants or what not. Quiet entertainment for the win!

And finally my last favorite of this week is THIS BAG.

Seriously, all the heart eyes for this braided zip hobo. It’s super cool because it has a zipper on the bottom that can expand the bag if you need a little more room.

Plus it’s just BEAUTIFUL.

And for those that didn’t know, I’m a Stella & Dot stylist on the side. I’ve got a FB group where I’m always sharing new styles, tips, inspiration and sample sales! If you are into that be sure to check out my group and join the fun!

Cheers to a great weekend! Be sure to follow along on IG to see what we are up to!
