VIDEO: Fall Fun at Johnson’s Corner Farm: Hayrides, Apple + Pumpkin Picking, Animal Farm, Farmers Market and more with Kids in Medford, NJ!

We are in full Fall swing over here and I’m not mad about it.

Every year, one of my favorite things to do this season is a tour of ALLLLLL the pumpkin patches + farms in the area. It’s always so much fun and a great break in the week for the kids.

The boys and I hit up our first patch of the year at Johnson’s Corner Farm in Medford,NJ.

Johnson’s Corner Farm is super special to me because it’s where we took Brooks for his VERY FIRST pumpkin patch EVER, when he was a sweet little babe of 9 months old.

It’s a place we like to frequent because it’s got so much to do! A hayride for pumpkin and apple picking {plus other fruits and vegetables in various seasons}, a Animal Farm, a HUGE play space with a sand box, spray pad {in the summer}, go-carts, slides, mazes and MORE!

In fact, the boys and I were just here last spring picking blueberries together, which was awesome! It’s so fun to be able to look back at old photos from visiting the same places as the boys grow up! I love our traditions each season!

So for this visit, I wanted to put together a little video, showcasing all our fun! Check it out, let me know what you think and be sure to SUBSCRIBE!

And for another look at our day, here are my favorite snaps from all our fun apple + pumpkin picking and MORE!

VIDEO: Our Visit to Knoebel’s – America’s largest free admission amusement park with Two Kids, 4 and Under

Last weekend the boys and I headed out on another adventure!

We made the 2+ hour trip from Philadelphia to Elysburg, PA for a day at Knoebels!

Knoebels is America’s largest free admission amusement park.

Yes, you read that right – FREE ADMISSION.

Knoebels also has free parking, free entertainment and free picnic facilities. It’s all sorts of awesome because you can spend as much or as little on rides as you want! Super great if you want to do something fun but are on a budget – Knoebels makes it so easy.

Speaking of rides – there were SO MANY! I think 60+?! Seriously, so many rides. There were tons of great Kiddie Rides, Family Rides, Thrill Rides and more – definitely something for anyone and everyone of any age. My boys had an absolute BLAST!

Heres a video recapping our day, check it out and let me know what you think:

The wonderful folks at Knoebels hooked us all up with wrist bands so we could go on any and every ride we wanted, which was super awesome. The boys and I got to do so many cool things! I was so impressed with the amount of rides for everyone – SO MANY cool things for everyone to do. And since we went in September, we barely waited for anything, which was awesome.

It’s a little bit of a hike from Philadelphia but totally worth it to spend a day. On the day we went, it was open 12-8, which was perfect for us to have an easy morning, make our way there and then head back. The boys were champs and loved every minute of it!

Knoebels has lots of fun things going on all season long, for Halloween and the Holidays too, so if you are in the area, be sure to check it out!

Here are some more snaps from our day, but be sure to watch the video to see all the RIDES we enjoyed !

Thanks Knoebels for an awesome day! We can’t wait to come back again soon!

Canvas on the Cheap Review & Giveaway – Updating our Living Room Decor with a Fresh Canvas Print

I don’t know about you, but I’m not the most efficient when it comes to updating photos in our home.

Sure, I love to TAKE a million photos {a day} but the whole printing, framing, finding a spot for it, isn’t always top of mind. But because I love to take so many pictures, that I think are great, of my kids and all, I really should make more of an effort to display them around the house.

Possibly just figured out a New Years resolution for myself!

But I digress – I love pictures and I love to take them, it’s just not always the easiest for me to have my latest and greatest photos in the house.

Until my new friends {possibly BEST friends!} at Canvas on the Cheap completely hooked me up and made me fall in love with their service! Their canvas prints are out of this world incredible – and crazy reasonably priced!

Check it out:

Above is the photo I wanted to print – I love this picture of the boys playing on the beach in Bethany, DE this summer. I love their little silhouettes, I love the sand, the waves and the reflection of the sun.

It’s a beautiful thing. It was a beautiful moment.

And I wanted to bring that back to our home.

My friends at Canvas on the Cheap wanted to send me a brand spankin’ new 16 x 20 canvas print.  The hardest part was deciding what picture I wanted to use. But once I decided on that, it was super easy, efficient and QUICK!

Here’s how it turned out:

Beautiful, right?

This print is valued at over $135 – but right now, it’s on sale for under $20!

87% OFF, it’s CRAZY!

And can I just mention that something like this is probably the BEST holiday gift for basically anyone. Get on that before the December madness begins!

I’m so pleased with how it turned out and love how it looks in the space! The photo looks really beautiful between our front windows and I love how the light comes in each day and matches the light on the ocean!

A beautiful product at a great price for sure! I look forward to ordering more and sprucing up some other areas of our house with some new photos! A fresh photo definitely makes a room feel brand new + bright!

Thanks Canvas on the Cheap! I’ll be ordering again soon!

What room in your house would YOU love to spruce up with a new print?

A Look Inside the Water Works at the Hershey Lodge + The Boardwalk at Hersheypark Lazy River and Wave Pool Fun with Kids

Our End of Summer Extravaganza:

Day 1 at Dutch Wonderland

Day 2 at the Turkey Hill Experience

Day 3 at Sesame Place

And the finale before going back to school – two days in Hershey, PA!

It’s funny, the day after school ended for the summer we picked up and spent the day at Hersheypark and two days before going back to school we said goodbye to summer with a BANG at Hershey.

What can I say, we love it there! And SO Much has changed with the boys over the summer – they’ve grown up so much, have gotten so big and both are now SWIMMERS so I thought that deserved an extra special treat before starting school.

They deserve it.

Most days!

This time, we stayed at the Hershey Lodge, because I wanted to have a day to spend at the Water Works! It’s an indoor water park that’s part of your stay at the lodge. It has a zero gravity entry, two Twizzler Twist racing slides, Reese’s Water Walk, and various spray + slide fun for smaller kiddos! We love it there because you can spend HOURS in the pool – it’s a great way to start or end your stay in Hershey, PA and because it’s indoor, its open all year long! Win!

Since the boys now both swim it’s a no brainer to take them to the Lodge so they can swim and play with each visit. Such a great perk to an overnight stay!

Here’s my latest video I put together with a look inside the Water Works at the Hershey Lodge along with our fun at The Boardwalk at Hersheypark, specifically the Lazy River {Intercoastal Waterway} and Wave Pool {The Shore} – these were two things we had never done at Hersheypark before, so I wanted to share with you what it’s like for two kids – aged 4.5 and almost 3!

Check it out here and let me know what you think:

Spoiler Alert: They had a blast.

Be sure to subscribe and follow along my YouTube Channel to see my latest videos first!

And if you want to get all caught up on our Hershey adventures, here are a few posts you can check out:

Video: Our Stay at The Hotel Hershey / Christmas at Hershey / Hersheypark in the Dark / 30+ Rides {in ONE DAY} at Hersheypark / Springtime in Hersheypark

Fun Fact: The Water Works has a great Cocoa Cabana which has great sips and eats for everyone to enjoy while the kids play!

Be sure to check out the video to see Graham’s latest trick { a back flip – ha!} along with a close call of him jumping off the side of the pool backwards. It hurts me to watch it, every time I cringe!

And for fun, here are some more snaps of our two days at Hersheypark. Because we were staying at the Lodge, we were able to get into Hersheypark 5 hours before it closed the night before {FOR FREE!} Anyone can do it when you stay at a Hersheypark resort! More on that in this post!

Can’t wait for our next visit to the Sweetest Place on Earth!

When is your favorite time to visit Hershey?

Fall, Winter, Spring or Summer?!
