After my wonderful calcium realization, I have decided to re-commit myself to my green monsters. I think they are just the thing I am missing from my diet – greens, almond milk, banana, amazing grass & ice, oh my!
My green monster is sure to solve my need for more calcium & more protein, not to mention it’s tasty too.
I am going to attempt a Green Monster a day for the next two weeks.
