And Her Little Dog Too’s New Look

I would like to start this post off by thanking every who took my reader survey. I didn’t post much this weekend because I wanted to leave the survey up as easy access for anyone & everyone that wanted to share their input about And Her Little Dog Too. Thank you everyone for the amazing response to the survey, the kind words & the constructive feedback – I am taking all your responses to heart and will be working to give everyone more of the kinds of posts you love!

Thank you for the amazing support! And if you haven’t taken the survey yet, it’s still up – check it out here.

In other news – what do you think of And Her Little Dog Too’s new look? I have been working with the lovely Alison for the past few weeks to give the blog an update – we are still working on a few other things but I am really happy with the changes that took place this weekend!

I would love to know what you think of the new look on the blog, I hope you like it as much as I do!

As always, any feedback is welcome.

Other than giving And Her Little Dog Too a makeover, it was a pretty lazy weekend. This was the first Saturday & Sunday that we didn’t have any plans in a long time – and I know our next few weekends are booked up solid, so it was nice to just hang out & relax without having anything to do or anywhere to go.

Here is a quick little recap of how we spent the past 2 days:

I started off the weekend by  hitting up my favorite bar in Fairmount on Friday for Happy Hour with Aileen followed by dinner at Trio Thai.

Charles & I waited around for Nemo’s arrival on Friday night but it was pretty anti-climactic here in Philly.  Yet another storm that the media pumped up but it didn’t live up to the hype {here in Philadelphia at least.} I know lots of friends up North that got so much snow & many are without power – hope everyone stayed safe over the weekend in the storm!

When the snow began to fall, I worked on perfecting my sock bun.

We woke up to just a little brushing of snow on Saturday morning. Nothing really stuck to the roads in our area, but it was very cold, winter & icy.

Jackson spent 95% of his weekend laying on the floor in the sunny spots.

We pretty much only left our apartment to hit up the gym.

The family that sweats together, stays together – right?

And in case you were wondering what my hair looks like when I do nothing to it & don’t put any product in it – here you go.

{I know you were on the edge of your seats waiting for that information!}

Weekend words of wisdom from my yogi tea bag. I am currently on a Detox tea kick – I’ve been having one everyday {to go along with my 2013 resolutions} and the tea makes me feel great!

Other than that the weekend was filled with extra snuggle time with Jackson, since he will be going to stay at my parents house in Virginia for a few weeks while we go on our trip in a few weeks.

Extra snuggles are the best.

What was the highlight of your weekend?
