    I am really happy with my posture considering I am 35 weeks pregnant. I make an effort to sit up but I could really use one of these.

    I am terrible with slouching at my desk at work since I look from paperwork to computer screen all day! Then I go home and read off my tablet… no wonder my neck is killing me! I really plan on improving my posture after reading this post and being more mindful of my body in general.

    This is perfect timing! I’ve been really working to improve my posture at work! I have lowered my chair so my legs actually lay flat on the ground (being 5’3” can be a pain) and am working to have my ears always in line with my shoulders. These would make it even easier!
