Today I wanted to share with you my favorite picks for Summer Outdoor Entertaining!

I am in total nesting mode and in the middle of the whole “out with the old, in with the new mentality” and since we are coming up on my favorite season {Fall} with a few good weeks of summer left too, I wanted to compile a list of my picks for fun summer {or any season!} outdoor entertaining!

Summer Outdoor Entertaining

one / two  / three / four / five / six / seven / eight / nine

All these picks go perfectly with my new favorite salad obsession. It has the perfect mix of sweetness and crunch – {totally inspired by Cosi} but if someone could bring me one of these every day for the rest of my pregnancy, I’d be a pretty happy gal!
signature summer salad

All perfectly paired with this amazing Summer Herb Salad Dressing – which is amazing because being made with yogurt keeps it creamy, but lighter at the same time. It also has a fun punch of herbs, sweetness and a touch of zing!

c Stonyfield Organic Low Fat Plain Yogurt / t lemon juice / t honey / 1/4 c fresh chives (minced) / 1/4 c fresh dill (minced) / 1/4 c fresh parsley (minced) / Salt and fresh ground black pepper to taste
Combine ingredients in a bowl and whisk together. Store in refrigerator until ready to serve. Enjoy!
Now it’s your turn to share – what’s your favorite salad + dressing combination!
Make me drool!

In the summer I love mixing strawberries, goat cheese, walnuts and spinach together with some sort of vinaigrette. BTW…your salad combos look amazing!
