Baby Favorites with Baby #2

I get lots of questions from moms and moms to be about my favorite baby gear all the time. So I was recently inspired to take a look back at the things we really used with Brooks and are still getting lots of use out of the second time around with Graham.

Keep in mind, we live in the city and don’t have a ton of storage space or space for baby stuff in general – I like to keep the kid stuff {sort of} under control, we don’t have it overtaking our space. When they both go to bed at 7pm our house reverts back into an adult space once all the toys are put away – so these are some of my favorite space savers too!

Check out my favorite picks for baby gear that we’ve loved and used the most for two littles:

Baby Favorites #2

one / two / three / four / five / six / seven / eight / nine

one | this bad boy I got off craigslist for $50 before Brooks was born. Its amazing because it folds flat – so it travels easy and easily goes under the couch when we aren’t using it. It also was easy to store between Brooks and Graham – and easy to wash too! This is hands down my favorite baby gear – looks great and the littles love it – we always have friends using it with their babies when they are over! Oh, you’re gonna need the wooden toy that goes with it too!

two | this bouncer was amazing with Brooks – it attaches to any doorway, so again it’s easy to throw in the car and take to grandmas house or on vacation! We will be taking this to the beach this year, just like we did with Brooks. It’s great for the pre-walking phase because the littles love to be upright, and who doesn’t love to bounce?! Another piece that’s easy to store and wash as well.

three | this walker was a hand me down from a friend, but Brooks LOVED it and Graham’s been using it for a few weeks too. It’s nice because it’s place I can safely put down G – he can play, he can eat on it and he sort of pushes himself around a bit. Again, its awesome to store and travel with because it folds flat! Woohoo!

four | this crib mobile is new for Graham and a game changer because it’s connected to an app on my iPhone. So if he is fussing in the night or just getting up in the morning and I need a few minutes to get ready, I can switch on the mobile, project animal images and lights up in the sky, turn on music or even a night light, all via the switch on my iPhone – without going into the room. This has saved me so many times. Obsessed.

five | Brooks is obsessed with his elephant wubabub as a little and Graham has his lion wubanub now too. It’s a great little comfort piece both the boys love – we’ve cut the pacifier off the elephant for Brooks, but he still loves the little animal. I love being able to give Graham something to cuddle after we nurse – it’s his favorite thing!

six | Both my boys have matching bibs – these are my favorite. Easy to wipe + clean and they look so cute with the little bowtie. They come in every color {even cute ones with pearls for girls!} Love.

seven | Another new purchase for Graham – but even baby #2 needs a little something special, right?! 🙂 These toys are great to suction to any flat surface – Graham loves grabbing at them, sucking and chewing on them. They are a great size for any little – and a fun little gift too!

eight | I got to try this seat out from a blog partnership {check out my review here} and I fell in love. Brooks was a little old for it, but we still used it all the time as a traveling high chair with him – and now it’s getting so much use with Graham. I love how the tray comes out of the back for an easy storage solution. Graham loves sitting up and this helps keep him up and safe {from crazy big bro!} – we also love this play table too that suctions on top! This chair is just amazing because it has straps that come out the side to go around any regular size chair so little can join you for mealtime – again, this is perfect to throw in your car to take to the beach for the summer or grandparents house for a dinner! Love it!

nine | By far my most used item. This carrier far surpasses any other – and I’ve tried them all. It’s light, so easy to use and small enough to fold up into your diaper bag – I literally ALWAYS have mine with me. Brooks loved it and used it ALL THE TIME and Graham loves it too. I know this carrier isn’t as well known as the others, but seriously, it’s way better! Trust me!
