My May Stitch Fix 2016

Pretty excited about my May Fix! I asked for lots of fun color and I totally got it! And I got my first Stitch Fix shoe experience! Ah! Pretty shoes being delivered to my doorstep? This is going to be a problem, I can tell!

If you are new to Stitch Fix – you pay $20 for the styling fee and then if you keep anything, the $20 is deducted from the cost of anything you keep! So I usually keep something! But it’s because I always love something! Also, if you keep all 5 items in your Fix you get a 25% discount, which is pretty amazing deal! Seriously, sometimes that can cover the cost of 1 or 2 items you are on the fence about!

When you set up your account you let your stylist know about your preferences, what you are looking for and if there’s anything specific you’ve been eyeing up. I always like to put in lots of requests so my stylist can get a good idea of what I’m looking for and if they don’t have it, she usually hooks me up with something similar!

I LOVE getting Stitch Fix delivered right to my door! As a busy mom, I never have time to shop – so this is perfect for me. When I have an event or a special occasion coming up, I let my stylist know and I have a few fun things to try on, delivered to my front door, in the comfort of my own home. Winning!

Check out what I got and please let me know what you think!

Le Lis Jessamine Scoop Neck Blouse $44

This top.

Seriously, killing me. I love the print, I love the colors. It’s a cute fit – such a fun piece. Do I need it? No. Do I enjoy it? Yes. On the fence about this one, but I think for $44 its a fun piece to add to my closet.

Liverpool Taylor Colored Denim Short $58

liverpool shorts

Ok, I am in desperate need of shorts. I’ve had a few days where I’ve worn them out and about and the shorts I have in my closet aren’t going to cut it this year. Last year, I wore pregnancy shorts all summer – and the summer before that I had “just” had Brooks so I wasn’t at my regular size. I apparently haven’t bought shorts in years and the ones in my closet are falling off me, a good problem to have, but I still need shorts.

Obsessed with the color of these. Loving the teal. And I think the length is cute and appropriate too. I’m not 100% sure on the fit – can’t tell if they are a touch too big – like after wearing for an hour they will stretch out – I HATE when that happens. Might try these on again and see. But I love everything else.

What do you think about the shorts?

Le Lis Kariah Knit Maxi Dress $78

Ok, so I asked to try a crop top + high waisted skirt but they didn’t have any in my size – so my stylist sent me this to try. It’s a cute dress, but I think I could find something I love more for the price.

more blue

What do you think? Do you love the blue + stripes?

Laila Jayde Harnell Suede Button Back Knit Tank Top $54

laila jayde

This top is really cool. It’s suede top with a button back + high/low situation. It feels so silky soft because it’s suede and I like the print that comes from the material. The back is really cute – not sure if the suede would be hot? It’s different with the detailing but for the price not sure how much I would wear it…but then again, it’s a black top, so probably more than I think. On the fence about this one too.

Diba Jessica Floral Print Wedges $45

I seriously died and went to shoe heaven when I saw these were coming.

A floral wedge.

For $45?! What? Yes, PLEASE!

Do I even have to tell you about these or are you already obsessed like I am?

Keeping them, duh.

Seriously, how cute are they? I’m in shoe love.
